Facebook iPhone App V 3.0 Submitted
By Tim Barsness | August 16, 2009
Facebook has submitted their version 3.0 application for the iPhone to Apple for approval. It shouldn’t be long before the application is released.
The “new” news feed, support for the like feature, support for pages, picture zooming and easier photo tagging are just a few of the many improvements announced in the third version. The application will also have video support for those with the iPhone 3GS.
An additional feature which will come in very handy but won’t make it into this version is push notifications. The Facebook team expects push notifications to make it into the next, 3.1 release.
